Felecia Webb is Partnership on AI’s Chief Strategy Officer, Philanthropy and Partnerships, where she is responsible for revenue growth, partner engagement, and amplifying the organization’s global impact advancing positive outcomes of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for people and society.
Felecia Webb is a social impact strategist and advocate for equity with more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors. Felecia committed her lifework to supporting data-driven approaches as a changemaker, and has worked across diverse policy areas, including technology, social justice, arts and culture, health services and workforce development.
Prior to PAI, Felecia was the Chief Development Officer for NPower, a national nonprofit focused on creating pathways to economic prosperity through launching tech careers for underrepresented populations, where she led and implemented comprehensive fundraising strategies to support doubling the organization’s national reach within communities of color.
Felecia started her career in the creative design industry where she contributed to corporate philanthropy, community relations, volunteerism, cause-marketing, and design with Fortune 500 companies including Ralph Lauren Corporation. As a community advocate, Felecia serves on various boards and committees in the nonprofit and public sector. She is a founding board member of Girls Inc. of Westchester County and served as a board member for Materials for the Arts, a Division of NYC Dept. of Cultural Affairs. Felecia currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for NYCHA – Fund for Public Housing, and an active member of The Links, Incorporated and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
A native New Yorker, Felecia received a Bachelor of Fine Arts at The New School – Parsons School of Design, and master’s in public administration and policy at NYU Wagner School of Public Service.
